With over a decade of experience in communications in the corporate and not-for-profits sectors, Chris helps to facilitate the Ethiopian adoption community’s stakeholder engagement with the federal government. Chris has a daughter from Ethiopia and is an active volunteer with Families with Children from Ethiopia, an organization in Toronto that fosters connections between adoptive families and the Ethiopian-Canadian community and teaches members about Ethiopian culture.

Dacia is currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Relations and Development, has worked with vulnerable aboriginal youth and volunteered in several international NGOs.

Nicole works in loyalty marketing for Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. She also serves on the board for the Catholic Family Services Bureau, a voluntary, not-for-profit, accredited family service agency whose purpose is the promotion and strengthening of the quality of family life on Prince Edward Island. Nicole is waiting to adopt a child from Ethiopia.

Pam is an animal chiropractor, mother to 3 including a daughter from Swaziland, and runs the Swazi Kids Society, which improves the lives of vulnerable children in Swaziland.
